Job description construction (support offered).
Hiring timeline established.
Salary band established.
Technology and assessment selection.
STEP 2The environment and its dynamics

Talent pool data and company reports provided, including, industry and market relevant hiring supply, demand and movement data in real time.

Industry and market salary analysis and subsequent comparison of agreed salary band at initial meeting.

STEP 3 Selection and execution

Options and the individuals: Personality and culture fit, background, skill, ability and job alignment all consolidated and presented in person.

Working in collaboration and support throughout offer management.

STEP 4Moving forward

Insurance offered against drop outs.

TGRG performance is reviewed by both client and candidate to further strengthen customer value with each and every placement.

Meet with the company and engage in their interview process. TGRG to assist in management of bookings.

STEP 4Offer or feedback

TGRG will support the candidate throughout their offer, resignation and onboarding process if selected. If not selected, feedback on why is always given.
